Leif Christian Salomonsen (born 1957) was elected chairman of Inin Group in June 2022.

Salomonsen is an experienced business executive having held the CEO and chairman positions in large multinational listed and private companies and demonstrated ability to design and implement lasting change. He has proven the ability of creating value through substantial transformation of industrial companies typically underperforming, facing operational and financial challenges, or not meeting stakeholders’ expectations.

Over the past 20 years he has served clients, predominantly in the Nordic region, as managing director in AlixPartners; been one of two founding partners of Recore Norway; and now a partner in Vektor Consulting. Salomonsen started his career with BP as a petroleum engineer and then worked 19 years with Norsk Hydro, first in its oil & gas division (now Equinor ASA) and then in the agriculture division (now Yara ASA). He has served at several boards in Norway and abroad, both as executive and non-executive director and chairman.

Kristian Lundkvist (born 1976) joined Inin Group’s board of directors in 2019.

Lundkvist is a serial entrepreneur and investor. He founded Middelborg Invest in 1999 and has built it from a small telecom company to an investment company with a broad range of investments. He holds numerous positions as chairman of the boards and board member in the larger portfolio companies. Lundkvist has extensive experience from business development, M&A and restructuring.

Thomas J. Fjell (born 1973) joined Inin Group’s board of directors in June 2022.

Fjell is a partner at leading Norwegian law firm Grette. He specializes in projects involving transactions, restructurings, M&A, equity and loan financing for private and listed companies. He provides legal and strategic advice in relation to acquisitions, mergers, de-mergers, financial work-outs and capital market transactions.

He has worked on several cross-border restructurings and transactions within a wide range of industries, including energy, offshore, shipping and private equity. Leveraging on his operational and legal background, Fjell has particular expertise from projects which require legal, financial and operational experience. In addition to his law degree, Fjell holds an MBA.
