Øivind Horpestad
CEO
Øivind Horpestad (born 1969) has been CEO of ININ Group since February 2021. Prior to this, Horpestad was chairman of Elop from 2019 to 2021.
Horpestad was one of the original founders and former CEO of OSE-listed NRC Group. He has broad industrial experience through former positions in Team Bane (now part of NRC Group), VRS Rail AS and Coast Capital.
Horpestad was integral in building the Endúr, listed on Euronext Growth Oslo.
Kristina Haugland
Head of Legal
Kristina Haugland (born 1988) joined ICP as Head of Legal in April 2023.
Prior to joining Inin, Kristina worked for Scatec ASA, a leading renewable energy solutions provider, mainly focusing on project structuring, partnership agreements and transactions.
Kristina also has experience from Advokatfirmaet Grette AS, a leading Norwegian law firm, where she worked with a broad spectrum of legal matters, primarily within corporate law, M&A and private equity.
Isabell Os
CFO
Isabell OS (born 1972) joined ICP as CFO in August 2023.
Os joins Inin Group from a position as CFO of Møller Digital AS, which is Møller Mobility Group’s IT and IT-security company.
Experience from finance and accounting roles, including positions as head of finance and accounting at retailer Voice Norge, and business controller roles at Norwegian Air Shuttle, Malorama and Aschehoug.
Os holds a master’s degree in management and bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting and administration from BI Norwegian Business School.
