We are announcing that on May 31, 2024, Qben Infra AB signed a share purchase agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Team Bygg AS from Tb Industrier AS. Additionally, Qben Infra has acquired 90% stakes in Holtekilen Bolig AS and Sørumsand Panorama AS, collectively known as Team Bygg Gruppen.

The total transaction value is NOK 100 million. Upon completion, Tb Industrier AS will receive 3 million newly issued Qben Infra shares and a NOK 25 million vendor note, resulting in a 7.69% ownership in Qben Infra.

This acquisition aims to strengthen Qben Infra’s presence in Norway and support our real estate development projects. Team Bygg, with over 35 years of experience, is a key player in the Norwegian housing market, particularly in Rogaland and Greater Oslo. They offer comprehensive resources for executing real estate projects from zoning to sale and occupancy.

Team Bygg has a robust pipeline of projects, including ongoing developments at Holtekilen, Bryne, and Vesthøyden, as well as upcoming projects near Oslo in Sørumsand and Slemmestad.
