Kristina Haugland has joined Inin as Head of Legal. Kristina brings extensive experience within the legal field to the team, specializing in corporate law and M&A.
Prior to joining Inin, Kristina worked for Scatec ASA, a leading renewable energy solutions provider, mainly focusing on project structuring, partnership agreements and transactions. Kristina also has experience from Grette AS, a leading Norwegian law firm, where she worked with a broad spectrum of legal matters, primarily within corporate law, M&A and private equity.
Kristina’s time at these leading firms has equipped her with considerable legal knowledge and expertise, which will be instrumental as we continue to execute our strategy investing in companies within infrastructure and industry services niches in the Nordics.
